Aim
To ensure a sustainable drinking water supply by maintaining the distribution network and hydraulic infrastructure.
Actions
- Establishing a maintenance centre for the 400 waterworks
- Providing the appropriate equipment for the maintenance centre
- Training, regularising administrative documents and equipment for craftsmen/repair technicians
- Officialising the water users’ associations in 50 villages
- Federating stakeholders for an integrated management of the hydraulic park
- Raising awareness among local authorities about ad hoc legislation
